Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VideoGini, available at https://videogini.com and its sub-domains (the "Service"). The Service is operated by IT Pal Solutions, 50 Nayapara Road, Mymensingh 2200, Bangladesh ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

1. The Service

VideoGini helps you create animated videos from text prompts. It can generate scripts, on-screen designs, captions and voice-overs using artificial-intelligence providers, combine them with your own content, and export video files.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
  • Give accurate information and keep your password and two-factor codes secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may approve, suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk.

3. Your content

"Your Content" means the prompts, scripts, images, logos, audio recordings, music and other material you upload or create with the Service. You keep all rights in Your Content. You give us a limited licence to host, process and transmit Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you (for example, to render your video or send your prompt to an AI provider).

You confirm you have all rights needed for the content you upload — including music, voices, logos and images of people — and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

4. Videos you create

Subject to these Terms and your plan, you may use videos you export for personal and commercial purposes. Built-in music, icons, fonts and design elements are licensed to you for use inside videos made with VideoGini; you may not extract and redistribute them as standalone files or libraries.

5. AI-generated output

  • AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content generated for others. Review every script and claim before publishing. You are responsible for the videos you publish.
  • Do not present AI voices as a real, identifiable person without that person's consent.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal; deceptive or fraudulent (including fake reviews, scams or impersonation); hateful, harassing or violent; sexually explicit or involving minors in any harmful way; infringing on intellectual-property or privacy rights; or misleading political or health misinformation. You must not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass the security or limits of the Service.

7. Plans, payments and limits

  • Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Each plan includes limits (such as render minutes and team seats) shown on the pricing page. Unused minutes do not roll over.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.
  • We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
  • Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party providers (for example Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude and Microsoft Azure Speech) to generate text and voice. Their availability and quality are outside our control.

9. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. Keep your own copies of important videos; renders may be deleted after a reasonable retention period or when you close your account.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Courts in Bangladesh have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify you by email or in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
