Privacy Policy

This policy explains how IT Pal Solutions ("we") collects and uses personal information when you use VideoGini (https://videogini.com).

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), two-factor settings, workspace and team membership.
  • Content you provide: prompts, scripts, uploaded images, logos, audio recordings, music and the videos you render.
  • Usage data: log-in times, IP address, browser type, actions in the app (for security and abuse prevention), and usage counters such as render minutes.
  • Billing data: plan and payment status. Card or mobile-wallet details are handled by our payment providers, not stored by us.
  • Messages: what you send us through the contact form or email.

2. How we use it

  • To provide the Service: generate scripts and voices, render and store your videos, and let your team collaborate.
  • To keep accounts secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
  • To send service emails (verification, password reset, invitations, important notices). Marketing emails only with your consent, with an unsubscribe link.
  • To improve the Service using aggregated, non-identifying statistics.

3. AI and processing partners

To generate text and voice, the relevant parts of your prompts and scripts are sent to AI providers we use, such as Google (Gemini API), Anthropic (Claude API) and Microsoft (Azure AI Speech). These providers process the data to return results under their own terms and privacy policies. We also use hosting and email providers to run the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in and to protect forms against cross-site attacks. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are hashed, API keys are encrypted, connections use HTTPS, and uploaded media is private to your workspace. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

6. Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. Rendered videos and uploads are kept until you delete them or close your account, or after a retention period we announce for inactive free accounts. Security logs are kept for up to 12 months.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your information. Many actions are available in the app; for others email support@videogini.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (for example in the EU/UK or US states), which we will honour.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. International transfers

Our servers and service providers may be located outside your country (for example in the United States). By using the Service you understand your information may be processed there, with appropriate safeguards.
